I've called Portland home for most of my life. You might know me from behind the drum kit with Ural Thomas & The Pain, or from spinning records as DJ Cooky Parker on KMHD. These days I also help people buy and sell homes as a broker with Windermere Realty Trust.
Buying a home is a project, and I run it like one. We start with an honest talk about what you can afford and what you actually want. I'll connect you with a lender, tour homes with you, write a strong offer, and line up the inspectors and contractors who'll take care of you after closing. Selling works the same way: a clear plan, a good-looking home, and steady communication from list to close.
